Amex’s Hamilton Presale for Platinum and Centurion CardHolders: A Missed Opportunity?

Those of you that have an American Express Platinum or Centurion should know that you could purchase exclusive tickets to a “Broadway Breakout” performance today through AmEx concierge services to receive a unique special code and odds are, most of you have heard of how negative the experience was with American Express’s Concierge services.

Some New York residents reported waiting on the line for 3-4 hours just to be disconnected consecutively and told that they could not redeem a purchase for this event because the tickets were already sold out. Now given that you’re paying for $450+ of an annual fee, you’d think that the concierge would be more efficiently

Now, there two cards are the most prestigious cards in American Express’s card portfolio, and it should make since that with such a title that you should receive the utmost premium credit card services and that applies for American Express’s concierge as well.
