BBVA sent out a round of targeted offers last friday for BBVA Compass American Express Credit Card and here’s what you should expect: You could earn $50 Extra Rewards points when you spend $600. Individuals have also been getting targeted for a lesser spending bonus of $15 Extra Rewards points for when you spend $150 or more by December 31, 2017. The 1,500 Rewards points are in addition to the points you already earn. Be sure to keep an eye out for an email subject line “Earn XXXX Extra Rewards Points…”.

- Check your email for subject line “Earn XXXX Extra Rewards Points…”
- If you were targeted, you’ll be able to get either 1,500 or 5,000 Additional Rewards Points depending on what you were targeted with
- Spending for the 5,000 is $600 on your BBVA Compass American Express Credit Card
- Spending for the 1,500 is $150 on your BBVA Compass American Express Credit Card
- Spending must be accomplished and posted prior to January 20, 2018.
- Once you have accomplished all the necessary requirements, you’ll be effectively earning a total of 1,500-5,000 Rewards Points.
