It’s a know that Banks or credit unions make their money off of balance transfers by either charging a fee for the balance transfer and/or by having an APR on the balance that you’re transferring. Some things to note is that balance transfers typically do not have any grace period, so they start accruing that nasty interest immediately.
There is quite a sum of banks and CUs that offer balance transfer sign-up promotions with what is a seemingly lengthy 0% APR period, but end up charging you a hefty fee on balance transfers. It is completely necessary, then, to make a list of Credit Unions and Banks that offer that attractive 0% APR on purchases and balance transfers.

Conclusion:
If you’re looking for a list covering all of what we believe to be the better low introductory APR cards out there from Banks and Credit Unions wide, then this could very well be the list for you. Keep in mind that the APR length varies per card issuer and regulations as well. Seemingly enough, most of the credit card issuers we mentioned offers no time limit attached to do balance transfers. I would assume that the easiest credit unions to get approved for is Logix or Alliant CU.
