MyMaurice VIP & DressBarn In-depth:
Now, Capital One stresses that there has been no changes to the benefits offered on this card whatsoever. One thing that I’d like to point out is that your account will continue to be reported to the credit bureaus, but will reflect Capital One as the issuer of the account. The transition will not negatively affect your credit standing in any way. Also, your credit limit will remain the same at the time of transition. Keep in mind that if you have bad credit, Shopping Cart Trick may not work for this card as Capital One acquires it, however, I expect a soft pull on your credit upon receiving the card. It’d be much appreciated if you, the readers, who have applied for this card after the transition, could tell us your experiences with applying!

Just applied for capital one dressbarn credit card and my TU score drop 3 points, it is most certainly a hard pull with Capital One and did not get approved. My recommendation is unless you have a very high credit score, dont apply…..its not worth losing the points and then getting denied….
