Capital One Premier Dining Rewards In-Depth:
At a first glance, this card does offer the attractive ability to earn 3% cash back on dining and 2% cash back on groceries with no caps whatsoever, on top of flexible redemptions and no annual fee. This card does prove itself to be beneficial for those who put quite a sum of daily spending on dining or groceries, however, it’s necessary to point out that on the card-art, it states World Elite in bold flamboyantly captured in the absolute middle of the card to emphasize such prominence.
With World Elite attached, I expected something along the lines of at least one travel perk attached to set it off, however, I feel that this card has crossed the line into something it is not. Still a wonderful daily spending card, however, World Elite just doesn’t seem to justify for me. If you have any comments on this card, it’d be really appreciated if you clue me in as to what makes this card so World Elite.

3% is the most one gets in dining. Add in no AF and no FTFs and this is a power card for travelers who don’t justify an AF card. Add in that this is a great everyday card (most money spent is on dining and groceries, not counting rent/insurance) and it is great. And it offers no hassle rewards with no min redemption, which is great for maximizers (as many cards with a min redemption make having more cards a weakness due to spreading one’s self thin).
