With plenty of Chase Cards out there and tons of attractive bonuses attached to these cards, it’s just the biggest tease of a lifetime that we can’t get our hands on most of them without having to run into a brick-wall considered to be Chase’s 5/24 Rule, however, our dedications to finding ways to bypass the Chase 5/24 Rule has finally come to light. If your application is put online, it will go through normal application process. If the BRM puts in your application through paper, approval will be more successful considering that it will be processed through special business lending’s department .

How To Get Around This Rule
- If a BRM processes your application through paper, then you’ll most likely be eligible for these current bonuses, dropped March 12:
- Meet with a Chase Business Relationship Manager (Note that not all Chase branches has one).
- Have the BRM representative put your application in.
- Your application will be processed through the special business lending department. (They do not deny based on 5/24 Status)
Editor’s Note: Just by being a Chase Private Client was a catalyst for bypassing Chase’s 5/24 Rule, however, Chase removed this ability, so I’m only assuming on this basis that this ability won’t be available forever.

Final Analysis:
For those of you who are Business Managed Customers or just have the hook ups to a Business Manager. You may be able to bypass the 5/24 Rule if you have a Business Manager willing to process your application as paperwork. If so, your application will go through the special business lending department which doesn’t do approval based on 5/24 Status. Keep in mind that you will not be guaranteed the card, you just won’t be approved based on factors outside of the 5/24 Rule.
