Conclusion:
The Citi Forward Credit Card was a card with a legacy: Essentially 5x the points for every $1 spent at restaurants and on books, movies and music, however, the category was removed last year (June 4, 2016) and replaced with 2x ThankYou Points per $1 spent on dining, bookstore and entertainment. I believe the card still gives you 100 TY Points per month that you make your bill payments on time. With regards to the product conversion, you shouldn’t really expect your 24 month’s clock to reset.
