Those who are familiar with or own a Comenity issued Pacsun Card will soon be notified that on July 31, 2016, the Pacsun Card will no longer be available for consumers and the program will come to a shutdown. Now, this is quite the popular card in Comenty’s card portfolio that had the ability to utilize Shopping Card Tricks with. Now, it’s evident that they’re not accepting applications, and will soon make it to where transactions on the card will not be processed. If you still have a balance on the card, I recommend that you pay it off prior to July 31,2016. It’s unclear as to why Comenity would remove such a popular card, but most likely, it could be because of Pacsun’s situation concerning bankruptcy.
Editor’s Note: There is a similar case involved with the Credo Credit Card issued by Comenity in terms of an ended partnership, but I doubt Credo has bankruptcy of any kind involved.

Conclusion:
It’s current unknown as to if Pacsun will be urged to partner with another credit card issuer in the latter, but most likely, this is not an option for Pacsun considering their unfortunate financial situation. Those of you who own and shop at pacsun will stop receiving rewards and points earning on July 31, 2016. You will not have the ability to use that card for transactional purposes. hence, the PACSUN Credit card program will no longer be accepted for applications.
