• How to earn it:
  • To qualify for the $250 bonus, you must be an existing qualifying brokerage customer of Frec and provide your referral code to an Eligible New Customer.
  • The Eligible New Customer must use your referral code and successfully open a new Frec brokerage account, create a Frec Direct index portfolio, make the minimum required initial funding of cash and/or stocks/ETFs and that minimum required initial funding amount must remain invested for ninety (90) days.
    • The initial funding of cash and/or stocks/ETFs into a direct index portfolio must remain equal to, or greater than the value of the direct index minimum amount required to fund it (either $20,000 or $50,000).
  • After the ninety (90) days, you and your referral will receive a $250 bonus deposited into the cash section of your respective Frec accounts. You can access your referral code inside the Frec platform and share it with your friends via email or text message.

Fine Print

• Eligibility: This 2025 Get $250, Give $250 customer referral program is only valid for the following individuals:
• Newcustomers of Frec who have never previously had a Frec brokerage account, apply for and are approved for a Frec brokerage account, and are Frec customers in good standing (“Eligible New Customer”).
• Existing qualifying brokerage customer of Frec (based on SSN) who successfully refers an Eligible New Customer. Referrers who are already Frec customers in good standing with a successfully opened brokerage account will become eligible when they share their Frec-provided referral code with a personal friend who is an Eligible New Customer.
• Anyone who doesn’t meet the conditions in the above paragraphs isn’t eligible for this offer. Frec may decline requests to enroll in the offer without notice and at its sole discretion.
• Limitations: Every qualifying brokerage customer is limited to receive no more than $1,000 value in cumulative referral Program Bonuses or four (4) successful referrals in a rolling 12-month period. These limitations include qualifying referrals from all Frec referral programs offered previously and in the future. This program is offered until December 31, 2025 and is subject to early termination or changes at Frec’s sole discretion. If during the ninety (90) days after the Eligible New Customer initially funds their direct index portfolio, they make a withdrawal or move stock or assets out of the direct index portfolio and the value drops below the minimum initial direct index funding amount required of $20,000 or $50,000 (depending on index selected) then the $250 will not be paid out to either referrer or referee.
• Program Bonus: If Frec determines that an Eligible New Customer uses your referral code to create and fund a direct indexing strategy on Frec and the initial minimum required fund amount remains invested for ninety (90) days, we will deposit $250 in cash (the “Program Bonus”) into your Frec brokerage account and your referral’s Frec brokerage account ninety (90) days after the Eligible New Customer opens their direct indexing portfolio and funds it with the initial minimum required amount. The $250 cash will be funded into “cash” on the platform. The direct index portfolio must be successfully opened and funded by 11:59pm ET on December 31, 2025.
