How to Earn Bonus
- Complete the form on the reverse side with the required information.
- Refer a friend and have them bring this form into one of our branches to open a new checking account.
- Your friend must open a new personal or business checking account with a $50 minimum deposit and meet the qualifying criteria within the first 60 days.
- Once the new account is opened and requirements met, you will each receive a $50 reward.
- Deposit of incentive will be made within 60 days of qualifying account opening and transaction requirements have been met.
- A 1099-INT may be issued for the value of the incentive.
