Now, in a previous article we wrote concerning Cards that were and weren’t affected by Chase’s 5/24 Rule, we’ve stated that the Marriott Rewards® Premier Business Credit Card will be a guaranteed card affected by the 5/24 Rule. To retain our professionalism at BCS, we’d like to make further revisions; The Marriott Rewards Premier Business is not one of the cards affected by the 5/24 Rule, however, the Personal Marriott Rewards Premier will be affected.
This is quite possibly because of the spending gap between the personal and the business, or Chase wanted to up the demand on this card, but either way, the Marriott Rewards Premier Business will still be a nice addition to your wallet.
Alternative Credit Card Bonuses:

Conclusion:
Apply for the Marriott Rewards® Premier Business Credit Card and you could earn a significant 80,000 Bonus points after making a spend of $3,000 within a given 3 months span. The current bonus on this card is slightly less than the 100,000 Bonus points offered in Late June of 2016, but it’s still worth considering. Now, it’s beyond pleasant to hear that the Marriott Rewards Premier Business is waived from Chase’s 5/24 Rule; so, if you currently have too many cards to qualify for a Chase card, then this card is your best bet and you’ll also receive premium travel benefits along with Marriott Gold Status which alone compensates for the $99 annual fee.
If you frequently stay at Marriott hotels, this card is great for you. I highly recommend this card if you plan to stay at Marriot locations at least once or twice a year.
