Plastiq’s Bill Payment Services will no longer support American Express Credit Cards as a viable Mortgage Payment through them. This recent change pushed Discover and MasterCard network-ed cards to be the only contenders to work out as mortgage payments via Plastiq’s services. Reminiscing to the past, AMEX had interest fees as low as 1.75% before and just in February, it was at 2.0% rather than the standard 2.5%.
Editor’s Note: Plastiq no longer accepts American Express Credit Cards as a valid method towards Mortgage payments with Plastiq.
