Earning REI Co-Op Rewards

Redeeming REI Co-Op Rewards

- Checks (sent out July 1 to January 3 the following year)

You will be given about 2 years to redeem your REI Co-Op rewards expire “expiring” on January 3rd the year after. Your rebates won’t be lost, and you will be refunded cash or check for rewards that have yet to be redeemed.
REI Member Perks
However, the REI Co-Op card won’t have any annual fees included, you will have to be a REI lifetime member to be able to sign up. This membership will have a one-time $20 fee that will include great perks such as:

The REI’s system for the consumer co-operative, was made to give back to their members. It will be given to you as relevant cash rewards programs, this would be different from the rewards program this credit card has to offer.
The dividend you receive with percentages you’ll gain back, will depend on how well your company is doing annually. Normally, their members will get dividends that will be equivalent to 10% for full-priced merchandise that was bought in that year. You will be able to get $20 cash back when you spend at least $2,000 for full priced outdoor items.
Remember that you’ll be able to receive Mastercard rewards with your yearly dividend.
Bottom Line
The REI Co-op World Mastercard is a good substitute rewards credit card that has an amazing sign-up bonus with decent return rates for any REI expenses.
This credit card doesn’t really give out lots of rewards, especially with their flat rate being 1% back for other expenses. There are lots of credit cards on the marketing platform that will give you a better cash back rate for daily purchases.
