This building oversees the National Parks Service, the Old Post Office’s striking Romanesque façade and clock tower remains unchanged. Not to mention, the original marble floors, wood-paneled walls, suspended steel walkways, and vintage radiators are inside as well. The grand atrium lobby is pompously opulent, which comes with period furnishings fused with the Trump touch. Tufted Federal blue sofas and chairs with gold accents, handwoven rugs, and lots of crystal chandeliers.
Rooms
All 263 rooms and suites at The Trump Hotel comes with a classical European style. It’s decorated in soft cream, silver, and Federal blue palette with bursts of red and gold. The Premier King Room comes with a 14-foot ceiling, sparking chandelier, polished wood furnishings, and thick wool carpets. Plus, the sleek marble bathroom comes with a 6-foot soaking tub, separate shower, wood vanity, polished brass hardware, and Natura Bisse Diamond Collection bath amenities.
Facilities
The 10,000-square-foot Spa by Ivanka Trump and fitness center took over the former mail sorting room underground. They have beautiful treatment rooms, a Himalayan salt chamber, manicure and pedicure studio, waterfall, candlelight relaxation lounge, and the latest Technogym equipment.
Additionally, you’ll definitely like the complimentary high-speed WiFi, daily shoeshine, digital access to more than 5,000 newspapers and magazines, and complimentary in-city car service.

There are lots of in-house food and drink options at The Trump Hotel. There is even a Starbucks in the basement for a grab-and-go coffee, pastries, and sandwiches. BLT Prime by David Burke which comes with a classic steakhouse fare with inspiring ingredients, modern accents, and lots of whimsy. Michelin-starred Sushi Nakazawa offers the omakase of Chef Daisuke Nakazawa. Additionally, Benjamin Bar & Lounge is the perfect location for small bites and fine beverages.
Service
Service at the Trump Hotel matches the decor: over-the-top, but in a good way. The staff are anticipatory, and know what you want before you even know what you want. For example, the server at BLT Prime switched our white napkin for a black one. Just because we were wearing black.
