DO NOT USE State Department Federal Union and they do NOT WANT YOU TO USE them. They pulled my credit multiple times and with an 780 score they could not approve my MEMBERSHIP not my application. Should have been ONE pull and they are doing this to people over and over and telling them they cannot verify their identity and that is a propriety software thus they have no idea why they cannot approve your membership. Wasted many hours of my life and now a week behind on getting a HELOC. Please do not allow them to cause you credit score deductions by adding to your credit pulls. They are a total mess.
